'Very comfy, quiet & relaxing; nice grounds, surrounded by forested hills'

'Our eighth stay at the BRI. We prefer the huge M1 and M2 suites in the main building. They are a steal — two very large rooms, one of them a screened in sitting room. Lucas is a gracious host, and all of the staff work hard to please guests. The nearby Old Inn on the Green in New Marlborough, MA offers one of the best fine dining experiences in New England. The Yale Chamber Music concerts and Music Mountain are our major cultural attractions.'

'Comfy beds, clean cute and modern, I love everything about this little place. Easy check in even though it’s basically virtual they communicated clearly and quickly about my room and door code. Only thing was there was a container of someone else’s snack leftover in my mini fridge when I arrived I just threw it out. I love the real coffee mugs in the room that’s a nice touch.'

'The hotel is located in the beautiful hills of the Berkshires right on the border on new York and Massachusetts, which provides the most amazing views of your room. The room itself is very spacious and luxurious; the bed was also extremely comfortable, which is rare from my experience. I definitely recommend eating a meal at the hotel restaurant. I had the lemon shrimp (highly recommended) and the 16oz steak (also highly recommended). I definitely plan on coming back for another stay.'

'The location of this hotel is excellent. However, there was blood on the bathroom floor, stains on the sheets, and the fridge reeked of beer. When we asked the maintenance crew to give us five minutes to get out of the room, the cart was outside our door so we assumed that they would return and change the towels. They did not. The gentleman who checked me in was lovely; however, there was no one in the office when we checked out.'

'My husband and in laws each rented a cabin for a weekend. The property is beautiful, amenities are impressive, and the food is excellent! We enjoyed spending time by the pool reading (excellent book selection in the lobby,) relaxing in the dry saunas, kayaking on the lake, Sunday yoga and the peace of the guided evening float. Prospect Berkshires is incredibly curated from the moment you get out of your car. This was my second stay and will not be my last!'

'Nice room with great TV services and WiFi and even a pool'

'This is a large inn in a remote rural area. I spent three nights in the inn. My biggest complaint is the food service. There’s a restaurant affiliated to the Inn. The food options are very limited. I ordered six chicken wings and found out inside the wing is cold and the wind is not even fully cooked. It took them some time for the replacement. This time they did it right.'

'The hotel is beautiful, but unfortunately the restaurant was closed the night of our stay and we were disappointed because we planned on eating there. I guess I should have checked the restaurant hours before booking. Most of the town had businesses that were closed in the middle of the week, so just be aware when you book. The person working the desk recommended a restaurant outside of town and it was good. There was no one at the front desk when we checked out early in the morning. The sign...
