Charming, cozy, country-like 3-bedroom house settled next to a small pond that is surrounded by trees. You can sit on a swing or patio chair and watch nature perform on its own. If caught right, especially during the summer, you can see the ducks swimming, turtles sunbathing, birds chirping, and frogs croaking. It is in a quiet street and near a bike path that stretches along the East Bay. The town beach is less than a mile or two away, depending on where you want to go.

During the colder months, the leaves from the trees may be gone but you can sit in the sunroom enjoying your morning beverage while watching the different birds and animals hang around. If the pond is frozen, you can watch neighborhood kids playing jockey or ice skating.

This charming 3-bedroom ranch house is cozy with a country-like feel. It has 3 bedrooms (1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, a day bed with pull out (2 twin beds). It has a finished basement with different kinds of musical instruments, smart TV, board games, and a bar with a mini refrigerator.

From the garage, there is a sunroom that will lead you to the backyard and outdoor sitting area. Though built in the 50's, this house has the amenities of the 21st century --a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, walk-in shower, dishwasher, cable, smart TV, high speed internet, washer/dryer, linens, towels, cooking and baking pans, and utensils for 5.

During the warmer months, guests have access to the outdoor fire pit, charcoal grill, in-ground outdoor pool ( Mid May- September only), swing and patio furniture. Outdoor Pool is for registered guest only and is not shared.

There is a bike path , kayaking place, basketball and tennis courts nearby. Barrington has got the best local public libraries in the State especially the children's section. Also, there is children's playground outside of the library.

The town of Bristol which holds the annual and oldest July 4th parade in the country is just 7 miles away. Newport, RI is just 18-20 miles away (30-40 mins). Exploring the Newport mansions is a great way to experience what life was like during the Gilded age.

Different restaurants and seafood places to eat abound. During the summer, lobster roll is the best. Depending on the season, we do have our favorites. There is a restaurant list and local magazines with recommendations that are found next to the welcome book when you checked in.

Come and visit the Eastbay of Rhode Island! We love you to spend time with your family and relax. However, parties are not allowed. No smoking/vaping in the house. No pets please. Kindly be considerate of our neighbors, and keep noise to a minimum after 9 p.m.
