'3rd visit staying here. Perfection from start to finish. The landlord does a wonderful job!. Check in is very easy with very friendly staff. The room is spotlessly clean & the bed is super comfortable ( I wish I could've had breakfast in bed!!😆). Breakfast is plentiful & of a high quality. Will be back for a 4th time!'

'Check in was quick & very professional. The carpet leading to the rooms and in the rooms is very tired and dirty. The room was a really good size with a beautiful clean bed. Bathroom is also a good size. Breakfast was cooked to order. Yoghurt & fruit would be a good choice too.'

'Chris, checked us in, and helped us up with my bag and got my daughter a duvet. That was great, as well as the fine full English breakfast. The bathroom fan was dirty and inefficient. There weren’t flannels or anything but 2 liquid soaps. Instructions for how to turn on the shower would have been useful, and no dead giant spider in the bathroom. Parking was not that easy to do, which led to me taking a chance the following morning and getting fined.'

'We had a lovely few days at Dale House. Dominique is a wonderful host and a skilful chef. We had a memorable dinner one evening and our cooked breakfast each morning was a highlight. Dominique was also very accommodating with our dog which made all the difference. Dale House is located in a very quiet spot within the moors so if you appreciate the peacefulness this place is for you. '
