It also features a full bathroom with a shower and a separate half-bath, both on the first floor.

Outside, you’ll find a pleasant porch and a large terrace with unobstructed views of nature, perfect for relaxing or enjoying outdoor meals thanks to the barbecue. The house also offers a separate entrance and a private parking area.

Its location is ideal for combining relaxation with outdoor activities: just a few minutes from beaches such as Ris Beach, Galizano Beach, Berria Beach, Somo Beach, and Ajo Beach, and close to towns known, among other things, for their cuisine, such as Santander and Santoña.

Cantabria captivates visitors with its green landscapes, cliffs, and excellent cuisine, ranging from fish and seafood from the Cantabrian Sea to the famous anchovies of Santoña.
