Location:
This apartment is located in the best area of "La Rambla", the most known and cosmopolitan boulevard of Barcelona. It is just a few meters from Plaça Catalunya and most emblematic sights of the city.
At a stone’s throw you will find the Boqueria Market, Grand Theater of Liceu, as well as the Gothic Quarter. Located right in the middle of the old town, you can stroll through the Medieval looking streets until you reach the harbour and will be astounded by the exclusive boats you will see there. Passed the harbour, you will find the Barceloneta neighborhood. In this area there are many great seafood restaurants, tapas bars and of course the beach of Barcelona! Make sure to enjoy a cocktail on one of the many exclusive terraces next to the boulevard.
When going to the other direction coming out of the apartment building, you will find Passeig de Gràcia, la Rambla de Catalunya and the Eixample Quarter with a huge range of exclusive shops , and two of the most well-known buildings in the world by the famous architect Antoni Gaudí: the Batlló House and Milà House, also known as La Pedrera.

Transportation:
We highly recommend to move around walking and using public transportation, as downtown isn't the best place to park a car. If you rent a scooter, though, you will manage just perfect!

Barcelona airport: Barcelona's airport is located 16 kilometers away, about 20-25 minutes from the flat. Use the AeroBus for best convenience.

Important Comments:
- Utility fees are paid separately from the Rental Price. They have a cost of 6€ per day up to 2 people.
BE AWARE, IF YOU BOOK THROUGH AIRBNB, THESE ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE AND ARE TO BE PAID ASIDE.
- Check-in is possible after 15h.
- We work with a self check-in system via our own mobile application!
- Sheets and towels (shower) are provided for the amount of guests indicated in the reservation. Any extra set (towels or sheets) is 15€.
- Beach towels are not provided.
- The cleaning fee is for the final cleaning at the end of your stay.
- PARTIES are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN
- It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to SMOKE in any part of the apartment/building.
The utility fees are not included in the price. It has a cost of 6€ /day for 1 and 2 people. These fees will be paid directly to the rental agency.

A damage deposit of €600 (via our App) must be paid upon arrival. It does not apply to reservations made through Airbnb.

According to the Spanish law a contract between the lessor and lessee is required for your stay. We kindly ask you to pass by our office to sign this contract after you have settled in the apartament, and within the first 48 hours of your stay.

As dictated by law, this apartment can only be rented out a perioud of 32 nights or longer. Proof will need to be provided before your check-in date to confirm the purpose & length of your visit.

If the request or reservation does not match the calender of the property, the property may have to cancel your reservation or relocate you. For this reason, we kindly insist on reconfirming the availability before making the booking.

The minimum age of any tenant to stay with EasyFlat is of 25 years old.
