The main room has a double bed and the small room has two single beds. In addition, in the living room, there is a sofa bed where two more people can sleep. Apartamento dejado, abandonado, sin cuidar todas las puertas hinchadas de humedad. No cierran bien. En cuanto a las habitaciones, la pequeña es para entrar de rodillas, debido a las vigas que hay de madera. Las cortinas negras no se pueden subir y algunas están rotas. En cuanto al comedor falta una cortina, falta una puerta, otra puerta está rota. El microondas casi se enciende. La nevera con dos dedos de hielo, etc. etc. es una lástima que el apartamento esté tan mal cuidado y tan abandonado.tengo vídeos pero no veo cómo subirlos. Espero que me sea devuelta la fianza de 400. El piso estaba así cuando llegue

The property looks much better online

The property was the same as the pictures but very worn out. walls not painted for years, horrible smell in the living room from some kind of food cooked before. The bedrooms upstairs required crawling, you are not able to walk. There are low hanging bins which can give you concussion. The restroom upstairs was very difficult to use-you have to climb over the bidet to get inside of the tub to take the shower. People with any movement restrictions would not be able to do it. The shower door attached to the tub was not opening since the bin on the ceiling was stopping it. It is really poorly constructed property and it was done unprofessionally. It looks like it was an attic transformed into some non-livable living space. Also, we could not use the sink in the bathroom. It did not drain. I submitted multiple requests to fix it, but it was not fixed. I think they attempted to fix it but they could not. Again the smell was horrible. The bedding sheets were clean. They don't allow you to use AC when you leave the apartment for the day so you have to come back to a very hot apartment and you can easily faint. They took 400 Euros as security deposit and made us sign this agreement not to turn on AC when we are not at the property. It takes hours and hours for the property to cools off. If you consider what we paid for staying there and security deposit that is still not returned 2 weeks later, I would recommend you to use your money and find something else.

Not for tall people

The place itself was fine. Like almost all places it's not quite as nice as the photos show. It was a little tired - lots of scuffs and things that just need a bit of care and attention to make it great. But was more than adequate EXCEPT for 1 big problem. If you tall you should understand that the headroom in the upper rooms are very low. I mean low!!! I'm talking shoulder height beams in places. We are both well over 6' / 1.85m and it was very difficult - in fact I'd say it was on the edge of acceptable. Sorry. It should clearly say - 'low headroom'.

Poor overall experience

The apartment needs maintenance and was not clean, especially the bathroom. Bathroom sink did not drain and clearly could not have been cleaned prior to our arrival. Kitchen sink drained slowly too. Requested plumbing attention from the owner but no resolution for 3 days. No resolution before we checked out. One towel had stains / marks and was previously used. Downstairs bathroom door hinge was broken and door did not close as it was dragging on the floor. Insufficient toilet paper (half rolls in bathroom upon check in) with no additional rolls provided. Overall a bad experience and I do not recommend this apartment.

Lieblos und kleiner als gedacht

Die Vermieter waren leider nicht erreichbar als wir nach z.B. einer neuen Mülltüte fragten. Es gibt keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeiten in den Badezimmern. Leute die größer als 1,60 sind haben hier echt Probleme in der oberen Etage zu gehen. Ein Kleiderschrank, keine Garderobe, die Treppe ist lebensgefährlich und scharfkantig
