Next to Magic Fountain, another aparment 612814

Very nice and quiet apartment, (the bathroom has been renovated in January 2020), a located centrally, only a five minutes by foot to the Magic Fountain of Montjuïc, and Espanya Square. Five minutes Montjuic Fair. Five minutes from the metro, and bus. It's a very quiet street but only a few streets from the heart of the neighborhood, plenty of bars, restaurants, theaters, discos, a mall.

You can go giving a walk to the ramblas about 20 minutes and to the town center.

The building has two elevators.

The flat is very bright and quiet.

The flat has nearly everything new, it has 3 bedrooms, one queen size bed, one with bunk bed and the other one with a single bed, it has as well a sofa-bed for two people, It has a kitchen, one renovated bathroom with a big and nice shower and washing machine. There is TV, internet, cable channels, air conditioning, heating, hair dryer, ironing board, iron, and telephone for local calls.
We have some toys for little children, if you need we have a cot and a high seat for children.

It has been decorated with a lot of care to make you a very nice stay and make you to feel like at home.
We want you to have an unforgettable holidays.

Leuk verblijf !

We hebben een superverblijf gehad. Rosa en Miguel zijn heel lieve en attente mensen en ontvangen je heel spontaan en vriendelijk. Naast wat lekkers van koek, fruit en drinken; geven ze ook heel veel informatie om je verblijf in Barcelona nog meer geslaagd te maken. Ook tussenin wordt gepolst als we nog iets nodig hadden; zeer attent. laatste dag hebben ze ons ook naar de luchthaven gebracht. 10/10 voor Rosa en Miguel !

Amazing!

Super verblijf nabij Placa Espana en Olympisch Stadion. Metro op loopafstand. Vanuit hier makkelijk alles te bereiken. Helaas geen balkon, maar met mooi weer genoeg terrasjes en parkjes dichtbij. Evenals een supermarkt (Caprabo) om de hoek.

Perfecte locatie en zeer net verblijf

Prima locatie nabij de fonteinen van Barcelona. In de wijk veel leuke tentjes en rustige buurt. Dichtbij metro. Matras had qua kwaliteit iets beter gekund, maar prima geslapen. Rosa en Miguel zorgen goed voor je! Bedankt!

This was a fantastic stay. The apartment was in excellent conditions and fully equipped with everything needed during our stay. Even a basket of fresh fruits, milk, juice, coffee and bread were left for us. Rosa and Miguel are the best hosts we have ever dealt with. The communication was great from the start. Rosa and Miguel were so kind to pick us up at the train station and took us to the apartment. We were extremely pleased with our experience and will definitely use their property in any future visits to Barcelona.

Miguel and Rosa were great hosts, from picking us up at the airport and supplying the apartment with snacks and drinks to driving us to the cruise port. The apartment is very convenient to shopping and the metro, which made our stay easy and enjoyable. The apartment is off the street, so there is no road traffic, but because it faces into a courtyard, you do hear neighbors and dogs, although the sleeping hours are quiet.

Everything went just great! Thankfully the host met us at the door to demonstrate the locks and such. There was a very nice bottle of wine awaiting us. Good location for walking and for public transport. We were lucky the weather was really good. There were umbrellas for us to use. Communication was great with whatsapp, if we needed anything, and if there was a change in arrival time etc. all good. I recommend this place. We were only 2 adults, but it could easily accommodate a family of 6, maybe squeeze in another kid or 2

Rosa and Miguel were absolutely amazing and wonderful hosts! They took the time out of their day to pick us up from the airport and highlight a few sights and recommendations for the area. Great location-short walk to metro and bus stops, short walk to National Art Museum, near Montjuic; great neighborhood; clean and well appointed appointment-perfect for our family of 4 (that included our adult daughter and my mother). And Rosa and Miguel were wonderful hosts-they welcomed us with a tour of the apartment and detailed recommendations for restaurants, sightseeing seeing, etc.; checked on us mid-stay and even offered to drive us to the bus station when we left. And the kitchen was stocked with juice, milk, coffee, tea, pastries and a bottle of wine. Thank you for a great stay, Rosa and Miguel!

Wonderful stay, caring and informative hosts

Rosa and Miguel, are wonderful, caring hosts with lots of great information about the surrounding areas that they are very willing to share. We went to a number of restaurants they recommended and they were all very good. The accommodation was perfect for us including good air conditioning, cleanliness, bed comfort and location. On our check out day, Miguel even surprised us with a ride to the airport which was not expected but greatly appreciated.

Great location and amazing hosts

Rosa and Miguel know how to run a great apartment. They went out of their way to ensure our Barcelona experience was going to be great and it was! They arranged to pick us up at the airport which was so welcome after 2 tiring flights from Australia. The apartment is spacious and really well equipped. It’s very quiet with no street noise at all. Plenty of supermarkets, bars & cafes nearby. Rosa & Miguel gave us lots of information to insure that we made the most of our time in Barcelona. Fridge & kitchen bench stocked with everything we needed. Enjoyed some local produce including a large succulent melon & a bottle of red wine. The bed was very comfortable…the list could go on & on. This place is 10/10.

Our stay at Rosa and Miguel’s flat was exceptional, very clean and comfortable. We loved the neighbourhood and being close to stores and shops, even though we don’t speak Spanish, we were able to enjoy. You can’t go wrong staying in this VRBO, Rosa and Miguel are lovely people and extremely helpful. Miguel even took us to the Port of Barcelona so that we wouldn’t have to call a taxi….
