1. RESPECT THE NEIGHBOURS - Parties are forbidden, and will result in the termination of the contract - Do not make excessive noise in the stairway and common areas - Please keep the noise level at minimum after 10 pm, time when neighbours sleep 2. PROPER LIFT USE - Elevator doors need to be closed manually when when exiting and entering - If doors aren’t properly closed lift won’t function, bothering the rest of neighbours 3. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE FLAT - Please smoke in the terrace, where you are provided with ashtrays - Do not throw cigarette ends towards the neighbour’s patios - Consumption of illegal drugs within the premises of the property is prohibited 4. EFFICIENT ENERGY USE - Please turn off lights, heating or A/C when not necessary or when you’re not at home 5. RETRACT AWNING AFTER LEAVING AND SPECIALLY WHILST RAINING - Please retract the awning at the terrace after using it, if the awning is extended and it rains it will break due to the accumulated water weight 6. CORRECT USE OF TOILETS - Please do not flush any sanitary products nor solid objects other than toilet paper in the toilets, use the trash bin instead as it can clog or damage the toilet’s shredder - An excess use of toilet paper can also result in damage of the toilet
