This beautiful city center apartment could not be better located. It is right at avenue Diagonal, Barcelona's largest avenue.





New throughout and with hardwood floor finishes, the apartment has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds in each. The clean lines and neutral tones create a light airy space. There are two complete bathrooms. The apartment is equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. Includes towels, bed linens, hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo. The kitchen has all the utensils for a quotidian use. You will also find a dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer. There is Wi-Fi internet throughout the apartment.





If you are keen to explore everything Barcelona centre has to offer this is definitely the choice for you. Paseo de Gracia is only a few bus stops away and Diagonal Avenue is ideal for a shopping day. You can get around the city easily with bus, metro and taxi station all in the vicinity. La Pedrera and Casa Batlló are also nearby. This apartment is a true oasis in one of the most popular city destinations in Europe.







CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:

Check in after 15:00.

Check out before 11:00.

We will always attempt to accommodate early arrivals and late departures, but this will depend on previous/following bookings and have additional costs that vary depending on arrival time.

Kindly note that check-ins after 9 p.m. have an extra cost: Check-ins between 9 p.m. and 11:45 p.m. have an extra charge of 30€, between 11:45 p.m. and 1:30 a.m. it will be 60€ and after 1:30 a.m. is only upon prior confirmation and extra charge (TO BE CONFIRMED).

Please, make sure you give us a call 30 minutes before you get to the apartment.







HOUSE RULES:

Clients are committed to act with the utmost courtesy and respect towards neighbors and other apartment building residents.

Loud noise after 10 p.m. and general acts of disrespect will not be tolerated as well as complaints. Parties of any nature are strictly prohibited.

The non-fulfillment of any of these norms may result in penalties from extra charges of 84€ to the immediate expulsion of the clients from the apartment without reimbursement and without the right to claim any type of compensation.

The client is expected to leave the apartment in reasonable conditions for cleaning, in the same way the apartment was found on the arrival day. If any of these conditions are not satisfied, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee.







IMPORTANT NOTICE: Only families and groups of people 30 years old are accepted.

Public parking available on request for 27.50€ per night.

The Tourist Tax must be paid upon arrival, it’s mandatory for all guests and it’s of 2.48€ x adult (older than 16 years old) x night. This cost is only applicable to the first 7 nights.

Electric scooters available in the apartment.

Pets (under 5 kg) are allowed for en extra charge, prior confirmation needed.
