'This place is completely falling apart. 3 years ago when I started coming it was in fairly good shape and the staff was good. On this trip I was put into a completely falling apart apartment with bugs in the corners of the walls, a pair of spiders that lived with me for 3 weeks, mirrors that were delaminated, TVs ripped from the walls, iron but no ironing board, no hair dryers, we constantly had to ask for toilet paper and gave up and bought our own, there was no outdoor/ balcony as described...
