« The hosts were wonderful and made sure we had what we needed when we arrived, including making sure we had access to the private parking away from shop/restaurant traffic. We dropped our equipment rental at Beech and rented direct from White Wolf when we arrived which was excellent service and convenient allowing us to skip the lines at Beech and walk right onto the slopes from the rental. « The property was beautiful and decently maintained from what I could tell. We had a cobweb on our door we had to clear to enter our room. The toilet seat was held on with one bolt and is an accident waiting to happen. We used some electrical tape to keep it in place. The sink had toothpaste in it. The door code proces worked great. I didn't have to wait and complete paperwork to check in. We were not there long enough to really check out anything. »

« Went to check in and the place smelled terrible and was so run down, I chose not to stay. It did not feel safe. I asked for a refund from Expedia, but the property manager denied it. Expedia gave me one key credit, which was nice, and I went elsewhere. »
