Minutes away from charming downtown Banner Elk, this one-of-a-kind collection is perfect for family reunions, wedding parties, corporate retreats, holiday gatherings, and groups of friends of up to 12 people.

This home collection is pet-friendly and requires an additional fee of $325 Per Pet to stay in the property. PLEASE NOTE: This is not a deposit and does not cover damage or additional cleaning as a result of the pet stay.

Soaring 14-foot vaulted wood ceilings, oversized windows, and an open-concept living space create a bright and inviting atmosphere. A spiral staircase leads to a luxurious king bedroom complete with premium linens, blackout curtains, a Dohm White Noise Machine, dedicated workspace, Smart TVs on both levels, and a spa-like bathroom featuring a rainfall shower beneath a skylight. Outside, relax on the spacious Trex deck illuminated with café lights.

PET POLICY: Violation of our pet policy may result in a $300 fine per pet + cleaning expenses (if applicable). Disclosure of Service Animals is required. Undisclosed or Unauthorized pet(s) will result in a $300 fine per pet. If there are any unauthorized pet(s), your reservation will be canceled and will be asked to leave. No refund will be given under any circumstances, and you will also be fined ($300 fine per pet). Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) ARE NOT considered Service Animals and while ESAs are primarily for emotional support, Service Animals are specially trained to perform tasks for handlers with disabilities who require assistance with daily tasks and must remain with their owner at all times. SAs (Service Animals) are protected under the American Disability Act (ADA).

WILDLIFE: Guests may occasionally spot local wildlife while enjoying the property, which is part of the natural beauty of the area. Wildlife sightings are unpredictable, and guests assume all responsibility for their safety while outdoors. The host is not liable for any interactions with wildlife.
