This townhouse features a cozy living room with an electric fireplace, smart tv, and board games. We have a Maine reading corner featuring titles written in Maine, about Maine, or by Maine authors!
This home has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to make a meal plus extras like a brita water pitcher and snack basket. Let's not forget the stocked coffee bar (togo cups included).
Featuring a queen size memory foam mattresses & smart TV in both bedrooms, a pack n play + high chair on site, full size bathroom products, lots of linens, and a washer / dryer this property is a must. Let's not forget your own back patio perfect to relax on after a day of site seeing.

Maine University orientation

I was up for a quick two day turn around trip. My daughter was at the University of Maine for orientation and I needed a place close by to stay. Great property that allowed me to check out some local trails while waiting to pick my daughter up. Enjoyed the area and looking forward to future longer visits. I would definitely stay here again, they had awesome snacks.

Perfect little retreat

We have stayed at many vacation homes and this one is in the top 5 for sure. It was extremely clean and ever detail was thought out, with special touches everywhere from the note on the basement door explaining what was down there to the guide book detailing things to do in the area. The coffee bar and snack area were a huge hit. The home was a 12 minute drive from the Amphitheater (straight shot) which made getting to and from our concert a breeze. I highly recommend and the next time we are in the area will book again!

Great Townhome!

This is the second time I have stayed at Ivy's townhome in Bangor while there for business. The townhome is spotless upon arrival and well appointed with a Keurig coffee machine, snacks (!) and toiletries (if you forgot something). We had a question about the hot water heater, called and Ivy called back within minutes with answers. Thanks!

Top notch in every way PLUS less than 10 minutes from airport, downtown Bangor, restaurants, shopping. Owner has detailed notebook with many ideas for food, entertainment, travel etc. Super clean, quiet, and organized. A pleasure to "come home" to.

We really liked this property. It was roomy and had everything you could need and nice additional touches like soft blankets in the living room and health products in the lavatory. The townhouse is spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfortable. Nice, safe area in Bangor and close to everything. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

Wonderfully clean, equipped, decorated, and comfortable. Great home base for day trips. We spent 5 nights. Cooked some breakfasts and dinners when we needed to a quiet morning or evening. Quiet. Comfort and location

Our stay at the townhouse was absolutely wonderful. Our host communicated well with me, and even offered for us to check in a bit early, though we were too busy seeing the sights to do so. A lot of thought was placed into snacks, various bathroom items, and cozy blankets within the property. An awesome little note was left to wish my Mom a Happy Birthday and I thought that was an awesome little touch.
