Positief:Centrale ligging bij metro station, vriendelijk personeel, schoon hotel en fijne bedden. Negatief: ontbijtbuffet was okay maar niet heel uitgebreid en gevarieerd.

Fijn hotel. Nieuw in een rustig stukje dicht bij het drukke Sukhumvit. Goede kamer met alles wat je nodig hebt. Lekker bed en goede douche. Leuke rooftopbar met zwembad en ook kleine maar goede gym voor dagelijkse training. Leuk detail..er staat een koelkast met water in de gym

Geweldig nieuwe hotel zeker 4 ster waardig.
Goed hotel, goed ontbijt, kamer wel beetje klein, geweldig staff ( Napadh is zeer behulpzaam ), dicht bij Sky Train stadion Nana, alles waard voor de geld.

Sehr gutes Hotel in Bezug auf Sauberkeit und Höflichkeit. Frühstück war auch sehr gut, Auswahl an Früchten und Gepäck einfach aber vollkommen ausreichend sowie frisches Omlette oder Ei. Mag die Umgebung dort auch sehr, vorne an der Straße gleich einige Restaurats und die MRT Station Nana auch gleich ums Eck. Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The hotel itself was rather good. Yet the room size might be an issue. Also the streets around the hotel are all one-way which makes taxi rides rather complicated. The staff was very friendly and open to support.

Great hotel for Sukhumvit
Staff are lovely and helpful. Simple check in. Room was great. Clean, tidy and nice and cool. Pool bar is small but perfect for a little afternoon siesta. Round the corner from Soi 11 where the night life is (if that’s your kind of night life) I recommend going to The rooftop bar Above 11 at Fraser Suites if you want something more upmarket and a short walk from the hotel.

Good service and location, clean rooms.
All the staff here was very friendly, and the location is close to the BTS train and lots of food and shopping. Rooms were clean and pretty quiet, and the pool was a nice escape from the December heat. We tried to order room service one night and nobody answered the phone. Like most hotels in Bangkok’s Sukhumvit area, it’s also just steps away from numerous adult offerings. If traveling with children, be prepared to talk with them about sex and drugs, as you will encounter them every time you come and go from the hotel.

酒店近Nana站，走5分鐘就到BTS，交通十分方便！職員主動有禮，還可以幫忙call車到芭提雅！比較不好的地方是夜晚回酒店的路比較暗，而且會經過酒吧，有小朋友或老人家就不推薦了！

酒店很近nana站 職員全部都很親切 酒店房雖然不大但是很整潔 酒店餐廳晚飯很好吃 尤其是泰菜 價錢也不貴 而且調配的飲品也很好喝 十分推薦

Based on the reviews, I thought it was a big hotel. It’s not. But it is a really comfortable hotel in a rare quiet area of sukhumvit. Beds and pillows are comfortable. AC is very cold and water is very hot. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay a good one. They were awesome! My only complaint was that the drain was a little bit slow in the shower and sink. Rooftop bar was very nice
