Weekje Bangkok
Prima hotel met uitstekende service en gelegen midden tussen winkels en eetgelegenheden. Uitstekend en schoon zwembad aanwezig met ligstoelen en handdoekservice. Paar minpunten zijn geen sportzender op de tv (vande ruim 50 zenders) en de temperatuur “regeling” van de douche is handmatig doch de temp verloopt nogal na instellen. Daarnaast is het niet mogelijk vanaf de ter beschikking staande computer in de lobby bijv je boardingpas uit te printen. Verder gratis vervoer van het hotel met tuk-tuk van en naar sneltrein station.

Vriendelijke service
Fijn verblijf in een statig hotel aan de goede kant van BKK t.o.v. het vliegveld. Het verkeer van en naar het hotel werd strak geregeld door de het veiligheids-personeel, kamers waren goed, netjes en wifi is beschikbaar in het hele hotel. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid.

Good, but not outstanding
Hotel is good, but not outstanding. Duty free shopping is nice and convenient, but overpriced. Cuisine Unplugged is very noisy (probably due to most guests being from a noisy culture). Food court in shopping center is better and nicer than most food courts. Parking is easy and convenient. Bathroom designs could use some modernizing.

A hidden gem near airport rail
First time staying at a Pullman property, nice experience aptly for its luxury hotel status, love the pool especially, walk from BTS station is not exactly near but still convenient, highly recommended and most probably will consider staying here again!

Its away from the busy streets, so quite quiet, but within walking distance to shopping and some local restaurants, and the BTS station. One suggestion: the drawers at the clothing closet cannot be opened as the sliding doors seemed to block them.

The housekeeping service is horrible. Have left my room for housekeeping for three days. The toilet bowl cover was not lifted up to clean. Upon lifting it up myself, I could still see lots of stains. And I could remove the stains by spraying water to clean it up myself. Those complimentary toiletries wrappers were not removed too. From first day till the last , all the wrappers are on the sink top. Have booked KL Pullman previously. It was better.
