Het is een echt business hotel. Teveel personeel met noch steeds een mondkapje wat het erg onpersoonlijk maakt.

Prima hotel
Al vele malen in dit hotel geweest. Het is heel plezierig en leuke bediening. Goede gelegen, goede restaurants op loop afstand en ook de skytrain is makkelijk te nemen. Ik had graag een review gegeven voor een van de students die bij het ontbijt de service verleende maar ik kan dit helaas niet op de site vinden. Maar voor Sam uit Nepal Chapeau "well done" Thanks

Redelijk hotel.
Het hotel is inmiddels wat ouder en de updates zijn maar beperkt. Kwaliteit van het ontbijt buffet is achteruit gegaan sinds het Pullman is geworden. Maar een lekker hotel, alhoewel de prijs te hoog is voor wat je krijgt !

Dit had ik niet van Pullman verwacht
Pullman heeft de naam , maar wij schrokken wel toen wij de kamer kregen op de negende verdieping , echt oud en uitgeleefd ( zie foto's ) naar klacht van ons , hebben wij een andere kamer gekregen deze was.wel oud maar tenminste netjes en schoon. Personeel is vriendelijk en gastvrij.

立地はBTSとMRTの駅が近くてとても便利。 バンコクは雨が降るとクルマがすごい渋滞をするのでそんな時も移動がしやすいです。 ターミナル21というショッピングセンターも近くて、小さめですがスーパーや綺麗めなフードコートなどもあるので便利です。 ちなみに、ターミナル21に行くには道路を渡らなきゃいけないけど、信号が遅くて昼は死にそうになるので、MRTの地下通路を使うのがおすすめです! ホテルはスタッフの方も明るくて親切で部屋も広々ですが、残念な点が一つ。プールがメインの私達にはプールが小さく、チェアーも少ししかないのでそこだけ残念でした。もちろん、プールバーもありません。 それ以外は大満足でした!

このホテルはヒルトンに最近変わりましたが、その前のプルマンバンコク、グランドミレニアムの頃からこのホテルを利用しています。ヒルトンになって朝食ビュフェのちょっとした衛生面の気遣いですが良くなったと思います。3泊しましたが2日目からは朝食の際に顔を見て部屋番号を覚えてくれていてちょっとじっくりしました。部屋の冷蔵庫の調子が悪かったのですが、すぐに交換してくれてお詫びにケーキなどを差し入れてくれました。またお世話になりたいと思いました。

ホテルはスクンビット駅から近くにあり、MRTとBTSが使えるので便利でした。朝食付きにしましたが多彩で美味しかったです。深夜便で到着後、通常は2時からのチェックインでしたが、9時過ぎに部屋を用意して頂けたので大変助かりました。また宿泊したいと思います。

Hotel is very nice and staff are very good as well! The A/C worked very well And have great food options at location. Area is very busy so at times can be hard to get a taxi so plan ahead for delays. The traffic is Bangkok in general so not something that would stop me from going here again.

Love the location, across the road is the Terminal 21 big shopping mall, 7-11 next door, stayed in family suite so have access to the executive lounge, love the happy hour drinks even kids enjoy the drinks and refreshments. The cons for the family suite, the kids room is quite warm even when we maxed out the aircon, the toilet area is quite smelly, I don’t think it was cleaned properly, still can smell pee a bit, water pressure not the best, complete vanity is provided.

The environment was great, easy to get around and the room was big. The bed is quite comfortable. You can tell it's an old hotel, but the overall equipment is not a big problem. Especially the breakfast, there are many kinds of food and very delicious, which made me feel delighted. There are some bars and restaurants for foreigners nearby, so the price is a bit higher. I recommend this hotel for especially business travelers.

Great location near the metro, shopping mall and close to lots of bars and restaurants. The rooms were immaculate. My hotel room was soundproof and I couldn’t hear anything outside of the room which is great for a good night sleep. as a solo female traveller, I felt very safe in this hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
