Over all, our stay with Amari was great. It was close to everything. Shopping, dining, and anywhere you want to go. The breakfast buffet was superb with a lot of choices. I would come back again here to stay.

Wi-Fi not working, kept disconnected, and kept prompting us to re-login to the Wi-Fi which was not even working/stable, which was quite inconvenient and annoying. On the first day of our stay, there was no body wash in the dispenser, which is quite disappointing for a five-star hotel. Even though the service was good, but the facilities are very old. The gym equipment is dated. The elevator system seems to be modern and safe, but it can be “smarter”. During peak hours, the elevator system created inconvenience, as you will need to re-tap the card and reselect the floor on the touch screen again and again every time the lift is full and you can only wait for the next one.

I was so impressed with this hotel. Super clean and everyone was so nice and welcoming. I don’t speak the language but not once did I get that annoyed impression from anyone i asked for help. I wanted to take home the housekeeping lady. She was so sweet and kind.

All the staff at amari bangkok are very professional and they always greet us with a smile. We felt being a vip for our 4 nights stay. The buffet service was excellent. I will definitely choose this hotel from now on on my future bangkok visits. Ms. Cream from the Onnyx check in was able to provide seemless transaction while you get a welcome drink. Mr. Ryan from the amaya restaurant at 4/F is so accommodating. I love the welcome treatment from everybody.

On the very first night of staying in this hotel, we found that the shower gel was not refilled at all. We called the room service and waited for some time while my roommate was taking a shower, waiting for the shower gel in wet. We never expected services like this.

Staff was friendly, greeting us with us with smiles every morning. The hotel location is good, and within walkable distance to many malls, bus stops and train stations. However, there are some improvements to be made to the hotel rooms. The doors in the room are difficult to close quietly. The handle on the toilet door could not be turned, and cabinet doors do not have dampers on them. This results in loud slamming noises which can be heard across rooms. This can be quite irritating especially if your room neighbours come in late.

Kostenloses Upgrade erhalten, super Service und Mega freundliches Personal. Frühstück lässt ebenso nichts zu wünschen übrig! Lage ist touristisch geprägt, gute Anbindung zum Flughafen durch den Airport Rail Link, der ca. 700m entfernt liegt. Für einen 3- oder 4-tägigen Aufenthalt nach oder vor der Weiterreise ideal.

Great location. It's within walking distance to many shopping malls and places to eat. The hotel itself also has some great dining options. We stayed in a suite which gave us access to Club Siraa which was great.

Visiting from the United States this was a great place to stay connected with the bustling shopping district of Bangkok. This is our home base for a 3-day stay and it was absolutely fabulous. Hotel was quiet, clean. Well structured,and the staff was amazing in courtesy, service and diligence. There were some mildly distracting painting going on and they did get overloaded pretty easily at the front desk. All other interactions including requesting more water housekeeping laundry and transportation was absolutely fabulous.

The staff at the breakfast venue headed by Lisa, the supervisor , surprised me with a birthday cake & song complete with placards. That was a nice & unexpected gesture! I was like how did she know…& for them to look around the resto for me. Wow! I was touched! I’ve been telling all my friends & family about my experience. I will surely recommend your hotel.

Deserve the high rating.
Enjoy the service and care especially at Club Siraa. Unfortunately no alcohol was allowed to be served in the Club in one of the nights because of religion festivity on that particular day.
