Hotel Staff were accommodating and there was a nice hotel back-court environment.
Had to catch an early flight on last day of stay and therefore had to check out latest 6am.
Hotel manager arranged for hotel breakfast to be readied for us before we checked out (even though official breakfast hours are from 8am to 10am).
Special thanks to the kitchen chef who had to start preparing for us from 4am.
The slight catch is that the guesthouse is a little further away from the city centre, though that is easily solved by cheap taxi charter and/or city shuttle (a short walk away from the guesthouse premises).

Checking in was denied due to the poor booking management system. The front desk staff was too ignorant and instead of taking initiative to veriy my reservation, he was assuring me that his Management has no liaison with Hotels.com. Ever since i had been put to the test by his unhelpful, rude and inhospitable manor, I insisted to speak to his Manager and that was when he learned my booking was genuine and had somehow been registered under Expedia. He then guided us to the room and I was caught on surprise that I was unable to find the room in any match with my booking. I had paid for 2x Queen bed size and the one that I got was fixed with 1x single and 1x double. And the only explanation was simply because all typical rooms were occupied.
The whole place was smelled damp at which later I found as mold with decoration of spider webs at the headrests. And it did not get any better in the bathroom too. The same damp smell, shower with no water pressure and, there were at least three times we saw red worms crawling out from the floor drain.
Nasty service, nasty room, nasty staff. Will never, ever return back again. Trust me.

Kamer, staff enzovoort is prima. Prima verblijf voor 1 a 2 nachten in de buurt van eetgelegenheden. Kamer is oke....maar toch zou ik hier niet meer terug gaan. Ontbijt is echt te weinig keuze.
Het is geen complex om even te acclimatiseren.

We hadden een vervelende taxi chauffeur geloosd door eerder te stoppen met de rit (deze wilde ons naar verschillende plekken brengen maar wilde opeens niet meer via de meter afrekenen en was vaag over de prijs), deze kwam later echter verhaal halen bij het hotel. Het personeel van dit hotel vond het nodig om dit door te spelen aan elke taxi chauffeur waarmee wij op pad gingen. Dit gaf een zeer onveilig gevoel.

very good staff but building let's them down. leaking roof, lights that never turn off very thin cracked walls meant we couldn't sleep.
