The Cottage includes access to a spacious private patio and fire pit for your exclusive use. Cook up a Texas BBQ feast on the charcoal BBQ pit in the back yard, which also has plenty of outdoor furniture. The glittering string lights out back add a touch of nighttime magic! There's also a vintage Wild West-era carriage on the property. Feel free to bring Rover on your holiday, too! The Carriage House Cottage is pet-friendly, and you're more than welcome to bring a small, well-behaved dog along. Private parking is available here, as well as additional street parking.

The guest house has efficient AC and heat units installed for added comfort, and Wifi service and a satellite TV will satisfy your tech and entertainment needs. Four luxuriously comfortable beds in two bedrooms at the Cottage provide restful slumber for up to seven of your folks: There's a queen-sized bed, a queen-sized futon, and a bunk bed with a single up top and a full bed below. Clean and comfy linens are provided for all the beds, and for the full bath, which features a tub and shower combo. You'll also find handy extras like a washer and dryer, ironing board and hair dryer!
