'Had a short stay while in town for a concert. Very convenient location to the DCU center. The front desk was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. We had gotten a suite because it was not much more expensive than other hotel rooms in the area and it was so spacious! It was nice to have a little table to eat at and a mini kitchen area. I would stay again if in the area.'

'What was unique? Right in Worcester and within our price range. It did however have hidden costs, including the last, surprise, one: a parking fee.'

'Clean and simple for a 1 night stay'

'Not really any access to water outside of a water fountain, tap water, and the juice machine at breakfast that was broken for most of my stay. other than that it was great.'

'That there is a staffing problem, that is understandable, but with check out, i was waiting for 10min, after which i decided to install the hilton app, subscribe and check out electronically, as there was no one to be found. Also, breakfast was turned to an buffet, with only cold things, as there was no staff to make hot items for breakfast. I didn't see a reduction in price on my room rate, due to all this, but i did got lower service.......'

'Stayed here multiple times now and nothing bad to say about it. Good hotel for what we needed it for, free breakfast is a plus and the location is convenient. Will be staying here again in the future if we’re in the area!'

'The room was very clean and well maintained. All of the staff I saw and spoke with was very friendly.'

'Lately I have been working in this area a lot. At least. For the last 3 months . I stayed at a hotel like 3 or 4 days a week. I always stay at extended stay on computer drive and connect road one. Honestly , first time in this location , it’s the best one. It’s clean , and nice. Only issue is the front desk , Jesse , kinda rude'
