'This was our first Vrbo stay and I was a little nervous. Overall, the reservation was simple and the host communication was great. Gretchen reached out right away and there were really no unanswered questions. I was impressed! The place was immaculate and the location was perfect. We enjoyed it here very much. 'We loved the screened in patio with the large table that seated six people. Within walking distance to the beach, pier and restaurants. From the beach, we were able to see a rocket launch from the Kennedy Space Center. We met the home owner, Jim, and he wanted to make sure our stay was a pleasurable one. We plan on returning to the area next year and would like return to this house if it is available.'

'The house itself was neat and clean. We had no complaints with the house. It was exactly as we expected. The area closer to the beach was a little "sketchy" and run down. Having 2 vehicles in our party and having to park one of them a block away and walking back and forth was a little inconvenient, but thankfully, the weather was nice - no rain and not too hot or too cold. Overall, I'd rent the property again for a short stay, as we did this time for the night before a cruise, or a longer stay...

"Schoonmaak van de kamers was slecht, 3 nachten verbleven en geen enkele keer is onze kamer door housekeeping bezocht. Geen opgemaakte bedden of schone handdoeken. Niet wat we gewend zijn. Verder een prima hotel, met uitstekend ontbijt en een gezellige bar!"
