'The property manager was horrible, she was very aggressive when communicating. She tried to take my deposit for a broken lock that I have never touched. Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. The host communicated with me immediately following the booking, and the Property Manager, Chris, was always available by phone to answer any questions. 'The design and layout of the house was more impressive than we could imagine from the online photos. Arriving to have a butler and kitchen staff was unexpected also. Not having to cook or clean is truly a vacation. We saved so much with the kitchen staff rather than eating out every meal. 'My family gathered at The Big White Villa for a reunion. The location is perfect with amazing views from the balcony, and we were right next to a national historic monument. Best of all, the beach was a short walk away. There were plenty of rooms, balconies, nooks, etc. for my family to hang out, talk, eat, sleep, etc. The bathrooms are a bit outdated and can use some modernizing/refurbishing. 'My stay at Casa Princess was too short. Ms. Powell was very nice. The property was quiet and well organized, not to mention very sanitary. Everything was fairly new. Maybe we'll book it next time.'

'The manager was rude and abusive to us and to Expedia when trying to resolve a problem. The description is false - there is no ocean view. Would have been helpful to know we had to provide toilet paper, paper towels and dishsoap. Would be nice to know this is a gated community and a rental car is needed to get groceries, get to swimming pool or eat out.'
