'What makes this place special is both the setting and the people. Nestled in the Netravali Wildlife Sanctuary, it offers spectacular views of the Western Ghats. 'Great hotel. We were a family of 4, and had a family suite with 2 connected rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My son became ill during the trip and they helped sort out a doctor and ckean the room Hotel was very clean. Pool area was great with bar serving food and drink'

'The approach road, the last 1.8 km is unimaginably horrible. I started doubting my own intelligence for booking this. But thankfully cottages were good and staff friendly. You will have to make good with whatever food is served here. '

'A lot is going right for this place. We stayed for 3 nights, and even though the room was, let's say, condensed, we didn't mind it at all. The service, warm hospitality, prompt attention to details, and above all, friendly staff was the highlight of our stay. 'I booked the sea front room but they gave me another room when I arrived, the owner said that he was really sorry and gave me some money but not the complete difference between rooms… there wasn’t A/C in my room, no hot water, the towels and sheets were really old and stained, the wifi worked perfectly.'

'The room has basic facilities like kettle (no milk, tea or water), TV, geyser and AC. Only small house converted to hotel, there is no reception or service staff. It is very near to the Palolem Beach. Good if you only want to stay at night. As it located in village area, day stay is not recommended. Price wise OK.'
