'The hotel was recently renovated and all facilities are lovely. Expect the exterior to be the same and enjoy its perfect location near the harbor.
In general the staff was attentive and welcoming. It is a very busy week, so we must be patient with those that were not.
A special complement to housekeeping. Wash cloths like rosettes and tissues like fans!'

'Nothing wrong with the staff, it’s what they have to work with that’s the problem. There are two elevators, but only one works and the lone person at the front desk has to constantly run around to “call” the elevator for guests as the call button doesn’t always work. We had a “suite” that hasn’t been updated since the 1980’s and it showed. The A/C struggled to cool the room (it was in the 90’s outside). You have to duck to get your head under the shower. 'Check-in time at 4 is apparently optional. Was like sitting in an airport with the number of people waiting for rooms for hours. Took us two hours to get our room. Was awoken in the middle of the night by our neighbors who sounded like they were in the room with us yelling - this is not a motel! Will absolutely never stay here again - was overpriced and just all around bad experience.'

'Loved the location. In walking distance and the water taxi if running is just outside the hotel. Unfortunately, when I went the first it wasn’t running, found out it was due to weather 103 degrees. Extreme heat caused a lot of things to shut down. What didn’t work out so well was on arrival when we checked in our room must have had some work being done on it. 'This lovely boutique hotel in Baltimore was an absolutely delight to stay at! Staff were so nice, lovely perfume spray when you walk; the decor was so adorable; the bed and room were wonderful and onsite amenities, coffee bar and rooftop bar and restaurant were superb! 'My stay was good. Love that its right across from a shopping center.
Im from md but live in ma. And this was a good choice for hotel stay.
The concierge super sweet and helpful. Was able to bring my dog. The room was clean and. Breakfast was good. I would stay there again. They also gave a pack and play for my daughter lol'

'My stay was good. The hotel is being maintained but I had just 3 issues.
1. The parking is no longer free. If someone is flying away from BWI then charge them. I saw an elderly woman leave her car and wait in the lobby. She should pay because she was heading straight to the airport on July 6th.
2. I asked for a quiet room and the night before check-out someone placed a family with a baby and 1 toddler and 1 small dog into the room just next door. Our last morning was noisy.
