The room was filty with dust everywhere and there were visible stains on both the couch and rug, which gave the impression that the room had not been properly maintained. The bathroom mirror was not clened properly but what more more disturbing was profanity written on the bathroom mirror which we saw with the humidity, which was incredibly inappropriate and unprofessional. The room also reeked of cigarette smoke despite it being a non-smoking room, and there was a persistent smell of marijuana throughout my stay. The odor was so strong it caused my 17 year old daughter to be coughing and a headache, making it hard to relax or sleep comfortably. This stay fell far below expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. I'm requesting to be refunded for this experience which was far below standard due to all the issues mentioned above. Given the condition of the room and the overall environment. I do not believe the stay reflected the quality or standard promised when booking. I am requesting a full refund for this deeply unpleasant experience. I'm trying to submit photos but was unable to add to your platform.

The stay was fair. No daily service. If towels were needed or toilet paper we had to swap and ask for these daily. The tub drain took forever to drain and the faucet was difficult to operate. Absolutely nothing special to mention. Hot water at sink was fair at best.

Our stay was awful from the second we arrived. Room wasn’t ready and was told it wouldn’t be until 4 unless we wanted to upgrade. Even though on the wall there is a sign saying check in is at 3. There was a sign stating the hot tub was closed. When we asked the staff why it wasn’t listed on the site they said we had to take it up with Expedia. We chose this hotel for the hot tub and breakfast. The pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The entire hotel smells of weed so bad that it was coming through to our room. The room was filthy. Sheets and towels were stained. Pillows were flat at pancakes. So bad that we had to go to target to buy new ones. Needless to say our experience was horrible is an understatement. Also breakfast was horrible also. There was a pan with sausage in it with about four inches of grease and dry scrambled eggs. We decided to leave and go to a diner down the road. Very disappointed

Room was basically clean, but stains all over the carpet, towels were ripped and stained. Staff was nowhere to be found when I went to get replacement towels. Breakfast wasn’t to appealing. Very wet eggs and steamed sausage. Garbage was overflowing at breakfast bar. Have stayed here before, it was much cleaner and staff more attentive. To bad good chance won’t stay here again because the location is good.

If you like your room very cold then it’s perfect for you. No matter what the temperature was set on, it was freezing. Very noisy, I was on the second level and I could hear the noise from the third floor very clearly, so bring earplugs. Only decaf coffee available in the rooms. Not enough blankets on the bed and no extra blankets available. Bed was ok. Room was clean.

The room was stated thatbas a suite it would have a large tub in the room. Even the confirmation picture shows a large corner tub next to the bed. The room did not have that at all, it had a basic tub and shower combo like any other room. This was dissappointing, thentub was the only reason i booked the more expensive suite.

The pool and hot tub were closed without any notification at booking, even though that’s the reason we booked the place. It was passably clean but we had to switch one of our rooms because the shower curtain was falling out of the wall. Very poor service. The breakfast food does not taste good. The room was a nice size & clean. The heater didn't work correctly. No packs of coffee in the room. No new coffee cups were brought in for our second day. No soap in the container in the shower. Couldn't get desired channels on TV that my son was able eto get in his room
