'There is no structure or communication with in their staff. There was a problem at there site, their communication to the guest were signs posted at the registration desk saying no hot water till 12pm and we have to be out before 8 no late checkout and no one was speaking of compensation. After speaking to them again they agreed to remove parking charges but I was resorts fees removed. I wasn’t accommodated with any resort features. 'Only real draw back is I had a partial oceanfront balcony that was located on Same side as the Tropicana hotel. The noise being generated from the roof top mechanisms and vents made it unbearable to sit on the balcony '

'The staff was super-friendly and inviting. I couldn't stop talking about how charming this place was, nestled right in the shadow of the Trop. Our room was very clean, and bathroom toiletries were provided. We enjoyed a great complimentary breakfast before we departed on Sunday. I would definitely recommend to all of my friends.'

'Room was dirty and out dated . No TV in the bedroom . My son found pizza under his bed from previous guest and candy wrappers in the draws . There were only big towels no wash clothes . We paid too much money a night for this and left one night early . They also advertised ocean view . No view of the ocean a view of the parking lot . For this price expected much more . Horrible experience . '
