'Great location close to Queen's University and a 15 min walk from the central bus station, with a handy Tesco direct just around the corner. Property clean and comfortable. Unfortunately there was an issue with the oven but communication was excellent so would still highly recommend this property.'

'we had a nice time. Only there overnight. Pictures were mostly correct but it made it look like there was a living area with sofa bed and TV, however one of the pictured beds was in the room to so you would not be able to use the sofa bed and our other family would be in our bedroom to visit. It was a nice place, walking distance to multiple places. Suggestion: Leave instruction on use of appliances. Maybe add a couple of fans to help cool off the rooms, especially the top floor.'

'Lovely, well equipped and clean property, but the stand out feature was the view from lounge and bedrooms. Just a few steps walk to the beach, and less than 5 minute walk to local shop, pub and coffee shop. Rosemary was always responsive to messages but was never intrusive. I highly recommend a stay and I will definitely be back.'

'I may have missed it but I can't see any reference to the fact that the apartment is on the first floor, there are also steps in the property so worth knowing if you have any mobility issues and difficulty with stairs. It is also at the back of the building so the views are not so attractive. On a plus it is very close to the town, yet nice and quiet.'

'The beds were extremely uncomfortable. It looked nice in pictures but seemed like cheap IKEA furniture. I would’ve slept on the couch but there were no curtains to block out the sun light in the morning. If you were planning on using the kitchen it had very minimal utensils. I would not have been able to stay past the 2 days. I did enjoy having the 2 bathrooms. '

'Located a 20 minute walk from city center on a bus route. Hop on Hop off bus stop located close by. Safe friendly area. Clean with many amenities, washer, TV, patio, oven, fridge, stove in a quiet area. The owner is very accessible if required, which we didn't need, as things worked out great.
