« We had an absolutely wonderful time. We would have loved a waterfront view but our accommodations were clean and comfortable and cool! It was a little damp in the room and the air conditioning had a little bit of a funky smell. I would go back there and stay in a minute and plan to. We had an absolutely wonderful stay. We were able to walk into town for shopping and eating in precious little Southport. If I could have stayed an extra day I would have. Thank you so much for your hospitality! »

« We stayed here 6 years ago. We knew the rooms were cozy. We returned because of the proximity to the beach. Last time, the island had very few lights and the stars were amazing! I felt like you could reach out and touch the Milky Way. Now there are more houses and lights and so, fewer stars were visible than in my backyard. « Whe had a great stay at the hotel just a few issues. Walls are paper thin and the noise level at midnite was aggravating. My grandson got stung by a huge wasp in the room 3 times but we worked it out. Location and cleanliness was very refreshing and I calked and they let us check in early which was very nice.
