'Don't hesitate to book this property if you are looking for a place for your family and kids. Just keep an eye out for the rental agreement when you book. I missed that and got a bit of a scare on check in day but it was resolved without issue. The hotel is amazing. They treat you like a guest and get to know you by name before you are gone. Lots of nice complimentary little extras (ice cream and popcorn in the lobby, smoothie's at the pool and beach). 1st class, 5 star resort. '

'Booked the room via VRBO; so our room would be cleaned if we paid another fee, as well as a decent parking fee, and a resort fee on the way out. And it was barely stocked - two plates two spoons etc. The check in process was a nightmare via email texts and calls. Despite multiple attempts, I ended up standing at the door for 30 minutes waiting for help as the front desk was empty. The attendant returned and was so rude to my colleague she was nearly in tears.
