« The apartment has no hot water in either thekitchen or the bathroom wash basin. The only hot water is in the shower. The electricity supply is weak. If a heater is on at the same time as the kettle the main switch trips and everything goes off. The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no lift-66 steps to climb. Anyone with mobility problems or heavy luggage could find this impossible. Generally the apartment was built in the 1970s and little has changed. It may have been acceptable then...

« Le logement est confortable, bien équipé avec une vue sur la mer du balcon des plus agréables. Nous avons bien aimé Santa Pola qui, bien qu'étant une ville touristique est aussi un endroit avec une population permanente dynamique. »

« Beautiful flat that presents larger in person then in the photos provided. Good size bedrooms with two spacious bathrooms a plus with four people. Excellent location, walking distance to the beach, the twice weekly street market in the summer, and plenty of local restaurants and cafes. Clean with most of the modern amenities. « L'appartamento è situato in una zona tranquilla e signorile. È assolutamente delizioso, pulito, ben accessoriato e dotato di tutti i comfort. A pochi minuti dalla splendida spiaggia dei carabassi e da tutti i servizi commerciali utili. La piscina è davvero carina e rilassante. Speriamo di poterci ritornare prima o poi. »
