'The room was clean and spacious. It suited our needs well. The staff were kind and helpful when we needed them. The AC worked well for the most part. We had a slight issue one day, but they were able to sort it out for us pretty quickly. Really nice and conveniently located. Just note that there are stairs to the first floor/reception and no elevator. '

'Geweldig hotel met vriendelijk en servicegericht personeel. Onze kamer had als pluspunt een ruuim dakterras. Kamer en badkamer niet erg ruim. Alle fasciliteiten in de directe omgeving, restaurants, winkels, strand. Goede directe tramverbinding naar vliegveld om de hoek. Aanrader!'

'Fantastic hotel on superb location. The room was spacious, spotless with a very comfortable bed. The staff is great, very friendly and and makes you feel welcome from the moment you step through the doors. Will choose this hotel again for my future stays in Nice, no doubt about that! '

'The property was ideally placed for foot access to the Old Town, the bay, the Port, the market and for public transport to art museums and the airport. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and very helpful. The room faced onto the street so nights were sometimes disturbed by groups of people talking loudly outside the cafe below, but traffic noise was not a problem. We really enjoyed our stay, and very much hoping to return one day. '

'Nice, quiet hotel close to place Garibaldi where you can find good restaurants. It is easily reached on foot or by tram. It's a small hotel with small yet comfortable rooms that are renovated and have new bathrooms. Soundproofing of windows was good, of walls and doors relatively ok. It was the least expensive option in Nice yet still close to the center, with excellent breakfast, friendly staff and clean rooms. I was very satisfied and would return when visiting again.'
