'This home was a gem nothing short of amazing the 360 views from any room were top notch.My only complaint is that the floors were very sandy/sticky/dirty, we swept and mopped shortly upon our arrival but this would not deter me from renting again and again. So comfortable & gorgeous. Do not even think about it BOOK IT ASAP. 10/10 would return. '

'This was our 3rd vrbo stay in Harpswell and our first on Bailey Island. We went for part of the week on our own and cousins joined us there for a couple of days. We were thrilled to bring our Boston Terrier along, too! The house is rustic yet elegant in some ways (amazing steam room, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds & bedding). 'Good location, near a small beach good for little ones, a couple restaurants, and a kayak rental spot just north of the bridge (which has a sidewalk). Helpful and responsive host, Brett. He immediately and pleasantly attended to a couple of house problems noted the first and second day of our stay.The four upstairs bedrooms were air-conditioned, adequately-sized and had en-suite bathrooms. We didn't use the fold out couch on the first floor or twin trundle beds in the garden level game and media...

'A fabulous rental for 5 adults over 65 years of age. Close to great hiking and a great fish market. A well-equipped kitchen for people who love to cook. Lovely bathrooms. Would love to stay again.'

'Dating from 1918, vacationing in this cottage was a quiet visual delight. The view from the front porch, overlooking the evergreen trees and blueberry bushes, out to the ever-changing ocean will stay in my mind throughout the year. The house itself is much the way it has always been, simple, rustic and quiet; off the beaten path, a retreat with few conveniences, a great place to look and contemplate, to read and draw. For us, it was perfect.'
