It’s definitely if you get a spot don’t go anywhere because you might not have a spot when you come back. It was very convenient to the downtown area and waterfront; within walking distance for those who do not have any disabilities, but adequate parking for anyone needing to use a car also. »

The Uber driver would not leave until I entered because he felt I was unsafe, especially at midnight. The electric locks on both the front door and my room door did not feel secure. « Property is beat up!!!! Entrance is dimmly lit and hasn't been painted in years. Stairs to the third floor apartment are VERY steep and make it difficult to get even a small suitcase up there safely. Balcony has a nice chairs, cute cushions and a view but is rickety and has a really rough surface. It's in serious need of sanding and painting. The second set of stairs off the deck are also VERY steep. Bathroom has a low slanted ceiling and no mirror over the sink. There's one behind you...
