'À notre arrivée à l’hôtel, le service est complètement nul , une fois monté dans la chambre une heure après on a remarqué que lavabo bouché , service de chambre très nul pour moi c’est Hotel n’est pas quatre étoiles et quand je leur demande votre hôtel a combien d’étoiles il mon répondu qu’il y a pas d’étoile dont sur votre site vous avez marqué 4 étoile c’est complètement faux, je suis très déçu car votre sites à nommer 4 étoiles au lieu 0 étoile résultat on payer pour un 4 étoiles et non pas...

'I really enjoyed my stay at FLC Sea Tower Quy Nhon. The room was modern and comfortable, with a kitchen and washing machine. Perfect location near the beach. Highly recommended.'

'Breakfast was great. A little more than 5 minutes walk to the beach. Very comfortable room and mattress. The place was very clean and the staff helpful. I stayed at one other place but this was much better even though the other place was nice. Not many westerners visit Quy Nhon so you’ll need to rely on translation apps if your tieng viet is weak even at hotels. Even then, everyone is so nice and helpful it’s not a problem.'

'It's a dated hotel but that could be alright if the stuff did not treat guests as dirt and did not try to scam them. They tried to charge as second time although the room has been paid in advance when I booked it. also we rented a motorbike from them for a day. they brought us a very old motorbike which we paid in advance and next morning when we returned the motorbike, they charged us again, saying it is the second day (although everybody else a day means 24 hours). Stay away from this...

'Nice quiet room we had. Don’t know if you had one on other side. Staff was friendly although English was limited. At breakfast the staff very helpful. I asked for 1 hour delay at checkout but they were only able to accommodate 30min. Room are nice and clean. Since it’s holiday weekend a lot of kids. Made the pool water not as clear as you would expect. I would stay here again. '

'Great hotel in QN near both the main Esplanade and the beach. Lots of restaurants and coffee houses nearby. Hotel is large spacious and modern with decent amenities and soundproofing. Western style beds were great. English television and movie channels were a bonus. Had dinner at the attached restaurant on the ground floor and was quite disappointed. Meat too tough to eat and the smallest glass of wine I’ve seen in Vietnam lol. '
