I have visited this hotel more than three times over the years, but my most recent stay last week left me feeling quite disappointed. The resort is not the same as it once was, and I noticed a significant decline in quality and attention to detail. Upon entering our room, it was clear that there were numerous damages that had not been addressed. The cabinets showed signs of severe moisture damage, and the tables were riddled with cracks. I specifically requested a replacement for the coffee table, which they had tried to fix with glue. This left me worried that it might break and spill our food, creating a messy situation. After a conversation with the manager, they finally came to our room to replace the table, but this should not have been necessary in the first place. The quality of the food during this visit was also disappointing. The resort no longer serves the same delicious dishes that I remembered from previous stays, which made the dining experience far less enjoyable. I have always loved this place and even organized family gatherings there, including my brother-in-law's wedding ceremony two years ago, where we had a fantastic experience. Now, however, it feels as though they are neglecting customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the atmosphere around the pool was less than relaxing.
