'Staff did not communicate with each other. I just checked in on my room when an old lady opened my door and went inside. It turns out, the old lady was a guest that checked out 2 hours ago but claimed she forgot something in the room. It seemed like they gave her a key card to access the room. They let someone have access to my room after I was checked in. Thankfully I was inside the room- who knows what that old lady would have done. My privacy and safety was at risk. I spoke to the team...

My room was located in one of the newer or renovated buildings without parkview but everything was new and perfect. The buffetbreakfast was absolutely amazing, best of all the hotels i stayed in during my 3 weeks trip in the Philippines.'

'Zeer aangenaam en luxueus hotel. Grote kamer met alles erop en eraan. Alleen wat dunne ramen en dus lawaai van verkeer buiten. Super badkamer met ligbad. Groot lcd scherm, minibar en bureau. Uiterst hulpzaam personeel, drie restaurant (zeer lekker gegeten!!). Taxi of jeepney voor de deur te nemrn om overal in stad te geraken. Een aanrader!!'
