'Overall the house is clean and comfy but the road to this place is terrible, bumpy, uneven, rocky and very narrow. Itherwise, it's a nicebaccomodation especially for a lrge number of people. Caloy is very helpful!'

'Upon arriving at the place the guard refused to let me in stating that I didnt have reservation. He contacted the manager and when she arrived she informed me that expedia cancelled my reservation. I drove 5 hours to get to the place. I contacted hotels.com and after the manager spoke with the operator she took us to the building. I had my elderly mother with me and there was no elevator in the building. She recommended we transfer to the sister building with elevator and better accommodations....

'First of all no doubt that the penthouse is nice I like. BUT… The place is noisy bcoz of the dogs NO PAPER TOWEL NO CONDIMENTS AS IT SAID B4 I booked No nice linen No parking space The water stinks smell like pee… provided for us we have to look for a spot.'

'Seemed like a home as opposed to a hotel. It was very nice having the kitchen to make hot meals instead of eating in a restaurant. Hostess was very kind and made sure we felt welcomed and that are needs were taken care of. I would definitely stay there again when in Baguio.'
