'Scam. There were no room booked. We went to Baguio last Friday with my family to celebrate my son's birthday. And surprise! walang room na nabooked. The guards at the reception area told us na marami na na scam dito sa Hotel.com. We tried to contact the number provided and customer service # na non existent. Kahit email wala sumasagot. '

The elevator was not operational so we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs (the security guard helped). 'Alvin was our host for one of the units at this property. He was very responsive and attentive. The unit was very clean and tidy. We were a party of 9 and 1 child. There was a great view of the city as well. I recommend staying here. '
