'Great place to stay off the strip. Very nice property and the grounds are amazing. Food was good, not great. No real lounges onsite except a small one in one of the restaurants. Only negative is they allow smoking in side of the casino, the other is smoke free but it makes no difference, the whole floor stunk. Was surprised a JW would allow this. We dont gamble so we only walked through the area. Will stay again.'

'The room and grounds were all clean and check in was smooth and cordial. The morning of my departure, I used the iron provided in the room and on the first stroke it soiled and stained my white dress shirt. The underside of the iron had a sticky and dark substance near the steam holes at the top and left a brown smear on my shirt. I delivered the soiled and faulty iron to the front desk clerk. She offered to have the shirt cleaned, however it was my only shirt and seemed permanently stained.'

'Staff was great and helped in checking us in since we were arriving later in the evening. The room was really nice and we appreciated the location to nearby businesses. The only downside was the breakfast, other than that, I would recommend staying here.'

We decided to stay 2 extra days to see a concert there. The hotel was very accommodating and also suggested checking online sites for us to get better rates. We didn’t have to change rooms. 'Stayed here many times before and this is still one of the best hotels on the Las Vegas strip. Rooms are very spacious and the whole resort is very neat and clean! Unfortunately you now also have to pay for parking besides the already expensive resort fee. As an example parking is included in the resort fee at the Wynn. '

'Decoration is not that nice, try to copy the French style but not succeeded. Acoustic insulation was horrible. People at the reception not super friendly.'
