Welcome to our friendly and bright 5-star DTV 3-room holiday apartment in the spa town of Bad Zwischenahn.

The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a new building in one of Bad Zwischenahn's best and quietest locations, with a west-facing terrace and is directly adjacent to our holiday apartment by the lake, "Flora."

The apartment has its own extra-large parking space and a bicycle shed.

Many floor-to-ceiling windows create a pleasant brightness. You can enjoy the view of the greenery.

The apartment is modernly furnished, and the antique flair of the interior also provides a luxurious feel-good experience for a maximum of 4 adults.

The elegant flooring and underfloor heating throughout the living room create a particularly beautiful ambiance.

The first bedroom is furnished with an electrically adjustable box-spring double bed and wardrobe, offers direct access to the terrace, and has its own smart TV.

The second bedroom has two single box-spring beds (90x200cm). Each bed has a small bedside table with a lamp.
The window faces the terrace and also offers a view of the greenery.

The heart of the apartment is the spacious, open-plan living-dining area.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, microwave, oven, and dishwasher, as well as many common appliances, leaves nothing to be desired.

Start your day with a freshly ground coffee from the fully automatic coffee machine.

Play your favorite music via the Bluetooth hi-fi system, use the free Wi-Fi, or watch your favorite series on Netflix on the TV.

The multimedia equipment also includes a tablet and an Alexa. The generous furnishings offer a perfect combination of comfort and lifestyle.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower and heated towel rails.

For your stay, we provide fresh bed linens, towels, fresh bathrobes, and many other extras free of charge.

The amenities also include a tumble dryer (washing machine and dryer in one), as well as an iron and ironing board.

In the garden, you'll find a barbecue, a seating area, a garden lounger, a beach chair, and a parasol.

Outside, in the lockable bike shed, you'll find your rental bike, a charging station for e-bikes, and two pairs of Nordic walking poles.
