'Staff was excellent! Everyone we encountered from front desk to room service/maintenance and dining agents were very courteous and helpful! We booked 3 rooms & got there over 2 hours early but not only did they managed to get us checked in to our rooms with minimal wait time, they also upgraded our bookings to all rooms with ocean views. 'The staff were so amazingly sweet and helpful. The place is very comfortable (lovely bed) well thought out and kept impeccable. Housekeeping was an invisible hand, cleaning, tidying up, and replacing towels whenever needed. Our butler ms. Tiên was amazing. Besides checking in regularly to make sure we had everything we desired she also took the time to make us feel most welcome and appreciated as guests.'

'Absolutely worth the trip. It is a bit of a journey to get here but they truly do an amazing job. The whole staff (esp Tam & Nhu) are wonderful, kind, and genuinely helpful. The food menu is extensive with options from all over the world and the breakfast is excellent. The spa is very well priced and delivers a truly relaxing experience. The real highlight, though, was seeing endangered monkeys throughout our stay. Easily one of the prettiest hotel settings we have ever experienced.'
