"Super hotel om vanuit daar Lissabon te verkennen. We hadden ook een parkeerplaats bij het hotel. Alleen wel spannend om in de auto lift te gaan."

"Excellent hotel, located in a perfect area away from all the tourist buzz but still in a vibrant and nice location, and close to the metro. I simply loved the terrace on the fifth floor to just sit outside and relax. The room was comfortable and clean as well, bathroom was huge (odour coming from the drains). Bed was ok with topper, not too hard for me that way. Quite some noise from the planes flying overhead to the airport, as elsewhere in Lisbon, but luckily not too early in the morning. I truly enjoyed breakfast, with ample choice for everyone. Breakfast service in the week was excellent, but slowed down during the weekend however: it took nearly half an hour for the tables to get cleaned and people had to search for free seats or clean the tables themselves. Not good."

"After traveling to many countries over the past 35 years, we can confidently say that the service at ME Lisbon is among the best we’ve experienced. From the moment we arrived, everything was well organized. We were greeted at the airport by the hotel’s guest services team, which made the arrival smooth and comfortable. At the hotel, the welcome was warm and professional, without feeling overdone. Our Garden Suite was beautiful and tastefully designed and very comfortable. What stood out in particular was the thoughtful attention given to my wife, who is pregnant. Small but meaningful touches, such as fresh juices in the room and a pregnancy pillow, made our stay noticeably more comfortable. Overall, the service was consistently attentive and well balanced. Nothing felt forced, but everything was taken care of. A very solid five-star experience, and a hotel we would gladly recommend."
