A tiled terrace with garden furniture under a pergola and a dining area with a large table and chair, as well as the barbecue.

A 4 x 2.5 m heated swimming pool, secured by a manual curtain and a shower.PGJyPg�PGJyPgOutdoor games: ball, net to play volleyball, badminton...!

Inside the house, you can park 4 to 5 cars.

You can also access the outside directly, through the door that leads to the terrace at the back of the house, to enjoy the peace and quiet and the outdoor space.

The house has 5 bathrooms rooms, each offering a unique universe to guarantee each member of the family optimal comfort:

The first two are located to the right of the living room.
- Oléron Room: Taupe and turquoise tones for a soothing setting and direct access to its private terrace and the garden.
- Ile de Ré Room: Ochre and royal blue for a warm atmosphere and a window with a view of the garden.

The next three are located to the left of the living room.
- Ile d'Aix Room: A sky blue and grey frame with a French window that opens onto a small terrace and the garden.
- Lighthouse Room: The green wall brings serenity. The bay window opens onto a terrace, the garden and the parking lot.
- Chambre de l'Estuaire: A haven of peace with a modular trundle bed, a dressing area and a desk. This room has its own private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, and overlooks the outdoor dining area.

All rooms are designed to provide a relaxing and intimate atmosphere, with double beds, desks, mirrors and practical storage spaces.

To complete the comfort, the house has several bathrooms:

A shared bathroom with shower, sink, towel dryer and washing machine, and a separate toilet, serving the Oléron and Ile de Ré rooms.

In addition to the main house, a 30 m² outbuilding provides additional space perfect for accommodating guests or family members. This annex, located on the side of the house, is accessible either from the garden or from the Estuary bedroom and comprises:

- A dining area with kitchenette to prepare your meals.
- A sleeping area with a 140 cm double bed.
