'The property is small and cozy as described, facilities are tidy and clean. We couldn’t receive the check-in instructions until we call at check-in time, the problem is solved quickly. A reminder that the toilet door is a reused old front door, that means when you lock it, you should lift the handle up first and then turn the button. 'Nice apartment for three people. Sofa bed really helped us. Well presented with off road parking and nearby shops/takeway. Good communication with landlord. We used this for access to LHR which is only 30 minutes away.'

Very disappointed that parking was not listed as first come first served, so I had no parking. Residence did not reply to any messages through the contact property link but they were helpful when I managed to phone them.'
