This fabulous 4 bedroom villa is located in Ayia Napa, spacious both inside and outside and just a few minutes drive to the closest beach and amenities.

Downstairs, the villa has a generous living room and dining area with patio doors leading out to the covered verandah and garden area. The living room features comfortable sofas and widescreen Tv offering ample seating. Leading off from living room is the large kitchen with an extra dining table with seating for 8, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. There is also a Wc on this floor.

Upstairs, off of the large hallway area you will find a 4 en-suite bedrooms all with balcony access. The master has a double bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds. All bedrooms have wardrobes and bedside cabinets.

Outside, the villa has a large wrap around well-kept private garden with shaded outside dining area, built in brick barbecue, sun loungers and private pool.
