Mi é piaciuto: il personale dell hotel sempre disponibile e cortese. Il manager: una persona di straordinaria cortesia. La posizione: davanti a una splendida piccola baia, e la vicinanza al centro di Aya Napa. Colazione eccellente. Non mi é piaciuto: che sia consentito di giocare in piscina con palle , palline, palloni: la piscina é un luogo per rilassarsi. Ospiti indisciplinati: per esempio, abbiamo visto ospiti uscire dalla piscina e grondandi acqua e scalzi prendere l ascensore. Comunque consigliato.

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel in Top-Lage direkt am Vathia Gonia Beach. Unsere Erwartungen wurden in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen mit sehr gutem und abwechslungsreichem Frühstück, Zimmer mit großem Balkon, freundlichem Personal und generell gepflegter und sauberer Anlage. Der Strand vor Ort ist ruhiger als der Nissi Beach, dieser ist aber ebenfalls zu Fuß gut erreichbar.

Staff were mostly great. Food was good and generally the facilities were good. The only thing I didn’t like was that someone was smoking in the hotel but nothing was done about it.

Vi hade 3 underbara veckor på hotellet, uppgraderade till havsutsikt den sista veckan, vilket var en hit! Personalen på hotellet var samtliga mycket trevliga, tillmötesgående och serviceorienterade! Den stora fördelen var närheten till Sandy Bay en fin sandstrand 50-60 meter från hotellet som var slitet och i behov av en renovering. Servicen var ganska bra, rummen var relativt stora och frukosten ordinär!

Super friendly service, great hotel
Amazing stay at the Anonymous Beach Hotel! The staff was the friendliest we have encountered in a while, the room facilities were sufficient and clean, the breakfast was amazing (we were mainly eating the cheese, vegetables, fruit etc. but others looked good too). The pool is nice and the pool bar has food and drinks served during the day again with very friendly service. You can access the Sandy Bay beach with a 2 minute walk right across the hotel. The small beach is lovely, has nice weaves and a water sports kiosk (people were very friendly there too, we tried the parasailing and it was great).

Very well placed in the centre of Ayia Napa with bars and restaurants easily accessible by foot. Limited parking on premise but we found for all three nights. Sandy Bay beach is right in front but run by the municipality so parasols and beach chairs have to be paid separately. Very rocky beach, small, not that nice. Gets very windy in the afternoons.

Best about this property apart from the amazing view (sea front top floor room - 5 starts!!) was the customer service! From the manager of the hotel to the receptionist to the staff at the dining area, etc everyone was super friendly, polite and professional! Would definitely go back! We received 5 star treatment and the hotel is well located too! Right in front of the beach, 15 min walk to Nissi beach, 25 min walk (or a quick 5 min taxi ride) to the nightlife area and plenty of restaurants and little shops around :)

Miły hotel w cudownej lokalizacji, to mój trzeci raz na Cyprze, zawsze objazdowo, szukając idealnego miejsca. All the staff are very Friendly. The hotels dinner buffet food is amazing the breakfast is basic nothing amazing but there is everything to get you started for the day! The rooms are excellent and most of all the manager is the nicest, polite and most attentive person ever ! If it wasn’t for him I probably wouldn’t re visit as he made the experience highly pleasurable. The smallest things sometimes mean the most ! Would definitely re visit! Would highly recommend. The local beach is a 10 second walk. Nissi beach is a 10 minute walk

An amazing (small) pool with comfortable deckchair
A perfect combination of a family hotel (comfort, friendliness, value) with a "I want to be in this kind of hotel" (the pool, the view, the location, the food). You do need to splash for a 4* if you take a few little compromises. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Our stay at this hotel was just wonderful. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the cocktails at the pool delicious and it’s situated at the beach. Everything was clean and the service perfect. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended!
Stopped here for a mid week three day break. On arrival plenty of parking, friendly staff who were very covid compliant! I had a nice clean room with a partial sea view and a nice little balcony. Mornings were spent on the beach and afternoons by the very nice pool. Food and drinks were at a reasonable price. It took about 15 mins to walk to the centre of Ayia Napa on an evening although very quiet as expected at the moment. I would most definitely stay here again and I highly recommended staying here! 😊

Great hotel close to Vathkia Gonia beach...however
Great hotel close to Vathkia Gonia beach....however, there is a new hotel being built 100m away which was incredibly noisy throughout the day (as of 13/10/2019). The location is slightly out of the main town, so we found getting decent quality food more difficult without travelling 25 mins into the main area of Ayia Napa. The hotel was clean & the service is good overall. The beds were okay but the pillows left us both with neck pain which spoilt the overall stay.

Das Zimmer im 6 Stock war top,immer sauber und aufgeräumt. Das Personal war stehts nett und freundlich. Das Buffet könnte reichhaltiger sein sonnst gut. Das Meer und die Umgebung Traumhaft schön. Die Einkaufsmaile und die Stadt nicht weit vom Hotel.Sehr empfehlenswert

Amazing customer service, very friendly staff. Renovated property. The dinner could be improved by adding desserts. The location of the hotel is ok, a bit far from center, 45min walk, and 25min walk to Nissi Beach. I wouldn't mind the walk if it wasn't extremely hot and humid. Public transportation is not well developed in Ayia Napa, no signs for bus stops neither schedules.

Located on the beautiful beach! Great location and service! Breakfast is average, wide selection but poor quality. Maybe they should consider possibility to renew hotel, but all in all good value for money.
