Renovated traditional house in the heart of the charming village of Aydius, perched on a sunny slope in the Aspe Valley. Access via steps or a ramp (suitable for strollers and rolling suitcases) leads to a private 24 m² terrace overlooking the street, with views of the mountains (Pic de Bergon). Hiking trails start from here, leading to Lake Montagnon, a heart-shaped gem of the Pyrenees – a must-see! Ground floor: - Fully equipped kitchen with wood-burning stove (microwave and oven, 4-burner gas cooktop, 180-liter refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher). - Large living room with lounge area (TV, fiber optic Wi-Fi, small Bluetooth speaker) opening onto a terrace - Shower room (washing machine, shower, sink, toilet) First floor: - 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 single bed) - Bathroom (bathtub and shower, toilet) Second floor (attic): - Mezzanine (ladder-style ladder) with 1 single bed The beds are made up for your arrival, and Paulette welcomes you with her delicious garbure (cabbage and bean soup).
