'Unfortunately I would have given them 5 stars until I realized that the bathroom had urine stains on the wall and floor. Otherwise everything was fine. Continental breakfast was delicious, parking was easy and staff were friendly and helpful.'

'The room was a little dated.'

'Upon arrival we were told that our reservation didn’t start until September 23, 2026 even though we had a confirmation from Expedia. The front desk found a room for us but they also charged us again saying that they didn’t work with “third parties “ (meaning Expedia). We took the temporary room (we had just driven 8 hours) but called Expedia customer service. They said that they would reimburse us for the extra room reservation. They said to save the receipt (which we did and send it to Expedia....

'I arrive late at night and left 5:00am so did not get to explore but the building, room and staff were amazing'

'King efficiency was pretty clean with the exception of make up and other smudges on the solid white bathroom door. Had everything one would need to be comfortable for a mini stay. Breakfast was typical scrambled eggs n sausage, waffles, bagels, yogurt. Multiple card access entrances which is nice to avoid main lobby.'

'Very friendly people.'

'Front desk area and bar, always wonderful. Shower area on floor, can use some work and some kind of water buffer for how easy the shower water comes out again the exit wall'

'First things first, I was very impressed and relieved by the cleanliness of the room. The architecture of the room was lovely with the brick walls, a fireplace, and a tiny balcony. I was able to leave the door to the balcony open and get fresh air in my room first thing in the morning. It was so nice. The complimentary blueberry muffin that they had in the lobby in the morning was delicious and moist.'

'This was my fourth or fifth stay and unfortunately I had a room facing building cooling units and garbage cans. Would definitely ask not to be put there next time but they’re often pretty full for events. This is a great property, near lots of restaurants, easy access to Philly, friendly staff.'
