This two-level, three-bedroom residence can comfortably sleep up to 12 people. Guest will appreciate the mountain golf course views, open floor plan and wood burning fireplace. The abundance of windows allows an abundance of natural light. Additional highlights in this residence include a private hot tub and access to community pool (summer only), hot tubs, and tennis court.

This residence is offers parking for two vehicles in the heated garage and one vehicle in the driveway. With a complimentary shuttle is available from 7:00am to Midnight that will take you anywhere within Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch, access to the ski slopes in the winter is a breeze.

A dedicated Personal Concierge is available to assist with planning every aspect of your getaway from the moment you book. Your dedicate Property Host will reach out 7 days prior to arrival with directions and check-in details. Property access codes will be sent the day of arrival.

For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay refresh and linen change is included as part of your booking. Linen is changed, beds are made, trash is removed, bathrooms are cleaned, towels refreshed, the kitchen is attended to, and all surfaces & faucets are left sparkling and disinfected.

For stays of fewer than 8 nights, mid-stay cleaning is not included but can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

This home requires a Damage Protection Policy to cover your stay for accidental damage up to $5,000. This policy is required from this property manager and already included in the displayed price. Guests who prefer to place a security deposit for this amount in lieu of the Damage Protection Policy can inquire for additional details.
