Eden Charming House, is a nice apartment in a villa with independent access, spacious and comfortable that can accommodate up to 6 guests. It consists of three air-conditioned double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and a comfortable living room with kitchenette.

The strong point of the structure is undoubtedly the well-kept pool and the large solarium equipped with a gazebo, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, deckchairs, dining area with tables and chairs and barbecue.

In the immediate vicinity, just a few minutes' walk away, there are bars, restaurants, pizzerias and equipped beaches, supermarkets and tobacco shops. Strategic point to easily reach the main beaches and nature reserves; a few kilometers away from Syracusa-Ortigia and the Plemmirio nature reserve; Noto and the Vendicari nature reserve; Cassibile Natural Reserve - Laghetti di Cava Grande; Marzamemi and Portopale.

Possibility to book a private transfer from the nearest airports, Catania and Comiso. Direct buses from Catania airport, bus connecting with the nearest cities (Siracusa, Noto and Catania), taxis, car and bike rentals. Urban shuttle that connects all the squares of the historic center to the shopping center and coastal beaches.

In case of early arrival, we provide luggage storage services, in addition to infopoint and bike rental services.
N.B: A penalty ranging from 50€ to 100€ will be imposed for the erroneous disposal of waste
